Pros
Small government contractor. Employees are dispersed around area at customer sites and some at headquarters. Owners are very good about keeping employees employed, even if they need to keep them on overhead for a while, in order to find other contracts to put them on.
Cons
Being so small, there is not alot of opportunity to grow and move up the ranks within the company.
