Pros
Relaxed environment with down-to-earth people. A rather generous 3-week vacation policy. Flexible scheduling - if you need to work from home for whatever reasons, it's not frowned upon.
Cons
Poor middle management that doesn't inspire, lead, mentor, and sometimes even understand internal processes. No company mission or strategy that helps us all work towards same goals. Very reactive environment so we spend most of our time responding to what happened last week rather than what we need to do a few months from now. How can we call ourselves an innovative tech company when all we do is barely try to keep up with competitors.
The company also invests very little in its employees. No professional development and 401(K) matching, plus the office just looks and feels really dated. Like no one is putting an effort to make it comfortable and fun for the employees here.
