Easy to get a job as they're desperate to recruit due to the consistent turnover of employees

Cons

Poor pay Horrible company culture Incompetent managers Incompetent HR Total disregard for employees - you're just another number Managers enjoy misusing their positions to intimidate and bully lower leve employees Company will disregard any complaints and will excuse the behaviour of managers
