      They pay salary for being punctual bit you may lose part for getting 2 mins late.

      Cons

      XV century culture. 3am calls to work, and you have to be at 9am at the office or you will regret.

      Nothing I can think of.

      Cons

      Favoritism all over. A lot of non sense conversations with the leadership with no clear direction. They can get rid of you in a minute once they find a replacement
