Pros
A fantastic group of professional respectful and friendly people who genuinely care about the work we are doing. I really appreciate the company's work - life balance policies, such as flexitime, and the option to work from home, and there is a flat hierarchy where everyone has a voice. Employees are respected as individuals, and this has lead to a pretty good ratio of underrepresented groups in the tech which is an issue I care about a lot. The online products we produce are of high quality and user lead, and I really enjoy being part of the full process despite my very specific role. A lovely bunch of people and a great working environment. I love the office, right in the centre of Brighton, and I really love my new standing desk!
Cons
It's a small company and so has all of the negatives associated with that as well as the positives. Not the best choice if you're hoping to climb a corporate ladder.
