Event Specialist - Anonymous employee Ocean Front Events Employee Review

It is amazing how some times things just fall into place, if you give them a chance. I at first did not understand some of the workshops, or meetings that we are required to attend, but now I get it. They are ways to build your character, and on those days you aren't feeling your potential, these "impact meetings" show you where and how to get re-energized again! I have actually been applying them to my personal life. It is truly amazing how the manager shows us this "new" attitude achievement skill set. I am having a wonderful time.

I get annoyed when I hear someone complain before they even understand what the meetings and/or discussion is even about. They bring negativity to the group, and I see it spread to some, who do not really get the concept. Too bad for everyone when this happens..

I know to make this job "career" be a successful one, there is a lot of hard work involved. But that is the difference here, this is not just a job. This is an opportunity to own your own company and promote the products and learn fantastic marketing strategies. I have met several people who work for this company and have met people who were promoted out from this company and now have their own. So the reviews I have read from people saying nothing but negatives, are obviously the people who were fired and obviously are not hard working people. They fall in to the category of those who want everything handed to them for nothing. I cannot stand those kind of people. The products are wonderful!! I own a few different ones, and intend on picking up some more. We shop Sam's Club often, and actually look for the events. Thank you Ocean Front Events!!!

I would find it hard to find good kind honest hard working people to deserve to work for this company. I am so glad there is a marketing company who will promote and demonstrate new products like Ocean Front Events does. I look forward to seeing them in the Sam's.
