Excellent customer dynamic, applications driven, with many long-time employees. The company enjoyed a long period of growth and product innovation that has been mimicked by many competitors.
Cons
Lost vision, no new product innovation, and unrealistic expectations of corporate growth. New management does not understand the customer dynamic, and the marketing has failed to sustain lead support needed to address growth expectations, while Engineering has had no new product innovation or introduction.
