Pros
I made some really awesome friends we all suffered together the wrath of ocean place in the summer. Pain does bring people together. Also really cool workers in other departments too. And free food for your lunch breaks. I never had to buy meals although people complain that it’s kind of gross. You get some great guests sometimes who really make your day and there’s always something crazy happening. There’s never a boring day
Cons
Lot’s of drama between coworkers. I never worked in a place with so much drama. And management sucked. Consistently high turnover rate with the GM and managers in general. Also be prepared to get yelled at and complained to a lot. That’s all people ever do here they all feel so entitled. And be prepared to jump into work without proper training. I trained someone on how to use Opera three days after someone else taught me. Also be prepared to have no life, work is your life. They made me work when I had a fever and the guests could clearly see I was dying
