Overall mid - Marketing & Social Media Intern Ocean Purpose Project Employee Review

I’m a foreign student who is enthusiastic in finding solutions to environmental issues. My six-month internship in OPP had given me the chance to interact with people who are working towards in solving actual challenges. The project gave me a sense of what a passionate environmentalist need to do to bring changes. I had the chance to do more than just work on the technical side; I also had the chance to hold meetings on discussing environmental issues with people around the world and do many other things that helped me learn more about myself.

Even though the task is difficult, it's worthwhile if you're truly passionate about resolving actual environmental problems. Despite being difficult, my six months were great and fun to core. If it’s not challenging then there is no learning.

Need more support - I see the boss washing pails and washing floor of cleanpod on hands and knees, people just standing by not helping. Singapore Gov need to do more to support them and help them organise more sustainable events to support events companies like us. We have been suffering with no jobs for 2+ years. At least OPP still gives us steady income.
