The only pro I can say was that all employees were allowed a ten minute break regardless of how short the shift was. Longer shifts (5+ hours) had a lunch break in addition to the ten minute break.

Management was very disorganized and slow.

Cons
Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
