      Like running your own business The benefits are great.

      Cons

      need to have one voice with placement of yellow space The store management for this company is the back bone,but never get any backing. Upper management is always fast to point out what is wrong ,but never what is right. The owner gets on the phone on Fridays and always seems to very negative. Possibly being more positive would help the bottom line .

      Pros

      You don't experience many of the retail horror stories you would at larger chains. Management was reasonably flexible with scheduling and always took our side during customer disputes. 30% discount nice bonus too (40% on some days)
