      Managers of each store truly care about their employees, flexible hours

      Cons

      Management at the corp level doesn't seem to value it's employees the way a company in retail should. Reducing hours but asking more of each employee is an issue. There is little to no freedom within each store.

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Cons

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
