Being employed there is the #1 con! Regional directors have zero job knowledge, your average key holder can answer questions better than they can. Never heard of scanners, still using pencil & paper! Meetings called “Talent Review” are formed to strategize on how to lie to Store Managers and Market Managers they promised promotions too! No 401k match. Top executives couldn’t cut it in real retail so they came to Job Lot to feel better about themselves. Business analysts are back stabbers moving into the good ex District Managers jobs. Can’t spell business acumen never mind posses it. Roll out after rollout of new programs fall flat on their face! How’s the million dollar F3 going? Job Lot management pay is the minimum wage of retail!
