30% discount; autonomy to run store

Cons

No 401k match; hourly associates receive an award every year on their anniversary to recognize their tenure and contributions to the Company but salaried leadership doesn’t; without ANY warning, Corporate took away accrued sick hours over a certain threshold without ANY compensation; all LOD’s feel this is a kick in the —- for their dedication to come to work! Does Marc Perlman even know about this? Is this “taking care of our people” and “our people are the greatest assets”? They say there’s an open door, but everyone covers for each other and you will be retaliated against.

Thank you for your feedback on your experience with us. Our company has made several improvements to our PTO benefits aimed to provide enhanced protection for our associates including complimentary short and long term disability. Our sick accrual policy is expansive and allows for an industry leading accrual total. We are proud of what we are doing to protect our associates. We have reduced salaried hours without any reduction in pay and continue to offer exceptional benefits including, pay for performance increases, performance bonus, wellbeing days, and 3 day weekends days off throughout the entire year.
