Thank you for your feedback. We do frequent comp surveys to ensure we are providing competitive wages and we have a pay for performance compensation model that allows for associates to receive merit increases throughout the year. Good luck with your future endeavors.
You don't experience many of the retail horror stories you would at larger chains. Management was reasonably flexible with scheduling and always took our side during customer disputes. 30% discount nice bonus too (40% on some days)
