      I came in the store with nothing left with a no. And a chance to show one of the nicest ladies in the world I would keep my word and bust my a@* for her and I was given the chance and since I’ve moved from department head to back room lead and have had ppl send emails to corporate about me and the ppl at Ocean state job lot recognize when your working hard and let you know if

      The culture is amazing and the hourly associates make it worth your while.

      Cons

      Compensation for area managers is not good. You can hit hit all your goals and improve your department and still get a meets expectation on your annual review.
