nice environment! flexible and understanding bosses! lots of room for growth, and performance well rewarded!

Though a smaller company (around 50 people), some things that require change still take longer than they should. This is annoying, but eventually it does get done and the improvement is good and well rounded. They really like initiative... so if you are doing a good job but just hanging around hoping people will notice and praise you... i mean it DOES happen, but if you want the attention you have so speak up - conversely (since this is the "cons" section), if you do, and you are in fact doing well you WILL be rewarded.

1) Team first mentality. 2) I'm able to work at a faster pace. My last company set our pace which limited the money I could make on commissions. 3) I can develop and maintain my own accounts/relationships. 4) Hot industry which will be here for a long time focusing on data security, compliance and IT equipment consolidation projects. 5) Great support team in place to ensure my projects get done right for the clients. 6) I've made good money with commissions. 7) I can prospect for companies anywhere in the U.S. because OceanTech services the entire country. 8) Company that feels more like a family.

I've been here for awhile now and have yet to encounter any issues.
