      Free cruise every year, good environment to work in and some of the best people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. First class cruise line comparable to none.

      There are some politics and employees must suck up to management to get promoted

      Great benefits, more so if you are in the office.

      Cons

      The bias for employees who are in the office vs remote, the unbalanced expectations vs the software, and the limitations of the environment we are forced to work in.
