Having joined last year and moved from the main stream educational sector I have been blown away by the collegiate environment where support and collaboration permeate the core ethos of the company. The organisation is fast paced and innovative with hugely exciting opportunities for development and challenge constantly presented. The flexible work approach has transformed my work/life balance with the executive and leadership team regularly checking in to ensure that the workload is manageable which I personally haven't experienced before. The culture of the company is people centred and the level of expertise is phenomenal, only surpassed by the willingness of all to offer advice and guidance at every turn, which is exemplified in every team meeting where all opinions are welcomed. Colleagues are authentic and ethical in their work, aware of the vision and mission of the company to transform the lives of all stakeholders which we all passionately believe in. There are numerous progression opportunities, and regular line management meetings provide a sounding board for growth areas on a personal and company wide level.
