They have a advance process to select candidates but the clients they assign expect the day to day basic tasks that is not suitaed for the advertised posistion. They market themselves as the best recruitement company by keeping the demand and telling they hae better salaries than Sri Lankan companies, but it's nothing fdancy as they market. The salary is above average due to it's paid in USD and not having to pay taxes. Also they force employees to work for the clients even if they don't like to without really caring what the employee go through. The working hours are exhausting and not worth the money earned.
