Pros

UNLIMITED GROWTH. The best part of Oceanside is having the ability to grow regardless of when you start. No seniority so you can bypass people to started before you. Growth is dictated by you and your work ethic, and Ability to become a 6 figure earner

Cons

If you are not self motivated or you don’t have an entrepreneurial mindset you won’t do good. Your going to consider this job “too much work”.

Pros

You learn to have an entrepreneur mindset, develop public speaking and leadership skills, you get to network with people from all walks of life, travel opportunities. If you’re a good sales person you have the opportunity to make more than 800 a week (uncapped commission)

Cons

Schedule changes on weekly basis, you have to be at the office at 8am for an hour -4-5 Times a week even if you’re off that day, once you figure out the sales portion of the business, now you have to train others without making any commission off them- Considering most of those people will leave so not only you loose people on your team, but also money that could’ve been yours. Extremely High turnover rate!!! When it comes to road trips, you’re on your own with all the car expenses. Only try it if you have nothing to loose, can sell, have an entrepreneur mindset or want experience in sales as well as leadership development. Also there are tons of offices like this one with better leadership. This one is ok but is definitely not on top of the hierarchy, which means they lack of leadership and therefore is hard to grow with them unless you already know how to and do not need leadership to guide you all the way.
