Pros
Their product, plasma, helps saves millions of lives each year. They pay donors for their donations, and there are employees who have worked there for several years.
Cons
Much confusion exists about whether or not this employer pays overtime. This is also a lot of disgruntlement regarding time off during holidays because this company doesn't even close. Further, it requires that employees use special (and very cheap writing) pens but it doesn't provide them, and it could easily do so with its massive ability to buy in quantity. Little things like this could really boost employee morale.
