Easy job to get as long as you show up. Good pay and benefits Wellness program for insurance discounts Discounts for just working at Octapharma They have a travel team you can join and travel around the country
Cons
They promote anybody to management so yea… Donors are appreciated more because guess what? They never quit while You most likely will within a year. No raises for RNs to be cross trained but you will be expected to work in other areas when ever you are short staffed (daily). No skills used unless you are a phleb also.
