Pros
Working at October gives you the chance to learn a lot and be involved in the companies procedures. You can share your ideas easily and the environment is really nice and inclusive. Lots of professionals are ready to give you a feedback and be a reference point for you. I really liked the international approach they have.
Cons
Some times it's tough to align with all the others international procedures. From my point of view there should be a main line but also the chance of adapting procedures case by case.
