My Experience at Octoplus - Senior Project Lead Octoplus Marketing Group Employee Review

As a Mass Communication student specializing in public relations, advertising, and marketing, my internship at Octoplus Marketing has been a very rewarding experience. The team really took time to teach me and guide me, which helped me improve both my soft and technical skills. I’ve learned so much that I can already see how it connects directly with what I’m studying in school. This hands-on experience has given me confidence, and I know it will shape my career path going forward. I genuinely enjoyed the culture of support and teamwork, and I would even love to come back after my studies to keep growing here.

At the beginning, it was a little difficult to adapt to the work environment since it was my first experience in a marketing agency setting. Adjusting to the pace and expectations took some time, but with guidance from the team, I was able to settle in and feel more comfortable.

At Octoplus Marketing, everybody is ONE regardless of their level, role, and position. This is a place that has the best interests of all its staff. Also, there are great opportunities for growth. I have benefited greatly. I have done several trainings, which have been very impactful to me and has helped me outside of the experiential space. The fact that the salary gets paid when due really sits well with me and makes it easier to manage the contract staff. The company also trains its staff regularly and provides fantastic welfare packages.

Working at Octoplus is not for the WEAK. They identify your weakness in less than 1 week. The company then commences immediate process to support and help your growth, with constant feedback and a mentor to support you.
