      - Great people. Both friendly and very skilled. - Great company-issue hardware. Your work laptop will be wonderful, and they provide dock/monitor(s), headset, cam, too. - Excellent work-life balance. - Excellent collaboration; despite being remote, you're constantly working with other people.

      I haven't really encountered anything I would consider a con.
