- High trust and great flexibility. People are free pick up kids and go to appointments, as long as you meet your obligations - Great work life balance. Managers encourage and pull levers to allow employees to take time time off to get healthy or deal with personal matters. - Transparency. Senior leadership really make an effort to answer questions during all hands and not shy away from answering difficult questions
Cons
Some signs of growing pains. - The company values doing things over rigid processes which is often good but sometimes this means it can lead to unclear ownership and responsibilities - The codebase has clear signs of many past mistakes that hasn't had the time to be fixed and you sometimes have to work around them
