Pros
Amazing culture - great tone at the top, friendly and competent colleagues, treat you like an adult and trust you'll get your work done. Genuinely interesting and meaningful work. Best of both worlds - startup/scaleup energy with corporate resources.
Cons
Pay is a bit low, but they mostly make up for it in other ways/perks (e.g. unlimited holiday). If you need a high degree of structure/can't handle some occasional chaos, might not be the place for you (this is a pro for me though).
