Pros
- training is good when you first start - good benefits and treats if you work from an office - the interview process is good - im proud to say i work for this company - family dinner Fridays are always fun - senior leadership is great - really inclusive environment
Cons
- if you work remotely its easy to feel forgotten about, you dont have the same treatment or benefits as those in an office - progression and opportunities are few and far between when you work remotely - quite a micro manager culture if you are remote - you will have to beg and plead for a pay review, sometimes even with evidence of things you have done to benefit the department or company being dismissed - training for new roles isnt the best - work/ life balance is difficult when you work remotely because again, you dont have the same benefits or hours as those who work in an office, such as massages, family dinner, celebrating different cultures by sharing food and celebrations - holiday is not unlimited as they advertise, everytime i have asked for additional al it has been declined without good reason
