Pros
I really enjoyed the discovery day, it was different to any interview process I had done before and found it beneficial. You also get assessed by about 17 people currently working within the company , I think this is a great idea as you get lots of different peoples feedback , keeping it more diverse and unbiased. The instant impact are really helpful as well , I had Tayla helping me every step of the way and reassuring me.
Cons
Although it was a long day I did think some sections could of benefited from having a little extra time.
