      Pros

      Absolutely love working here - it's super flexible, I get a really good work/life balance - no micromanagement - trusted to get on with things, but fully supported throughout. I feel like I can get stuck in with things and I'm always learning! Love the office and have a really solid team. Really non-corporate and casual.

      Cons

      Fewer extra employment benefits than some other companies, but as it's not corporate here that's to be expected.

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
