Great application process - Energy Specialist Octopus Energy Employee Review

Naomi was really helpful keeping me informed throughout the application process and being readily available whenever I had any last-minute questions. It's quite a long application process with a few different stages but I actually found this to be helpful as it encouraged me to research the company thoroughly so that I have a good grasp of what I can expect and what is expected of me. I feel well prepared for my first day because of this, and also feel confident about my abilities and suitability to the role. Discovery Day was very enjoyable, especially the team tasks - by the time it got to the interview stage I was feeling really relaxed and confident in my knowledge, so it was actually beneficial to warm up with all the tasks and chit chat beforehand. It was great to be able to chat to some of the team members.
