Pros
- very casual dress code - possible to work from home - they don't discriminate age - easy to get on with people
Cons
- be ready to share with the entire team when you go to the toilet - must call in every day again if you are sick for multiple days in a row - they say they don't pay to watch the clock, but they really do - purely statistics based - very controlling and expect you to share a lot of personal information with managers - says they are inclusive, but not really if you have any mental conditions (anxiety, depression, ADHD etc)
