      Good culture and communication Good offices

      Cons

      Your experience is heavily dependent on which team you work with and your line manager - sometimes they will support you, sometimes they won't. Poor induction - no clear roles and responsibilities or goals set for probation Let go with little notice at end of probation - no process or paperwork, just asked to leave.

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
