      Training centre facilities really good

      Cons

      Training itself feels very rushed Trainers have had an ( it's not my job attitude) . Having to complete extra training modules in our own time which isn't just minutes it's hours I get a bit of give and take but just feel very overwhelmed by the process so far. Speaking to other colleagues that are also training they strongly feel the same way

      Pros

      Some members of the company are the best people you’ll ever meet.

      Cons

      Genuinely a complete mess. Incompetent, passive aggressive leadership that repeatedly makes both poor and confusing company decisions. I have some absolutely crazy stories from things I’ve witnessed here. There’s things that are so bizarre and dysfunctional, they belong in an alternate reality.
