We take your allegation very seriously, and we would encourage you to reach out to me directly (emily.hall@octoenergy.com), or another member of the leadership team that you feel comfortable with. This is not something we are familiar with, and will be investigating further due to the serious nature
I can see that you didn’t enjoy the leadership experiences you had specifically which is a shame to hear. As Octopus is a rapidly growing, fast paced environment and we love promoting from within, we have many new and emerging leaders whom we support through their journey, this can mean that not everyone's journey is the same and there are challenges with that.
We’ll absolutely take your feedback onboard and look to understand how we can support our teams and learn from experiences. We are currently investing in our leadership team with support, training and upskilling so that everyone is equipped to be a great leader, no matter where they are in their journey.
It’s great to see that one of the positives you mentioned are the people we have within Octopus. We are very proud of the team we have built here and so glad that it has had a lasting impact on you and your time within the team.
