There’s definitely a lot going on — it’s a high-output environment, and sometimes it feels like you’re juggling ten things at once. Also, it can be hard to slow down and take a breath when things are moving quickly (but that also means you’re never bored). :-)

The company massively laid off people in the IT space in pivot to AI. But so is everyone else. But the way they went about in doing so is what's terrible. I've been in the Fintech space for a decade but never have I heard or seen the stuff the CTO got away with saying and doing. AVOID.
