Only money. That too is no longer lucrative.
Cons
1. Poor management and leadership 2. Toxic work culture and atmosphere 3. Making false promises and giving false assurances to employees 4. Not sure of what to do - changing goalposts often 5. No respect for talent. Nepotism is given preference over hard work and talent. People with zero talent and skils promoted over people who have given their everything to the company and are the best in the business 6. Treating employees like slaves - 9 to 9 work and even on weekends 7. Managers are megalomaniac - need psychiatric treatment. Senior Leadership Team is without experience. Just promoted because they joined when company was formed. 8. Manager takes all credits for himself, misleading employees and blaming for own mistakes. You have to be nasty to get promoted. Micromanagement to nth degree 9. Giving wrong feedback, review is faulty 10. Negative perception in the industry, no one wants to work for this company, small company mindset. Looking at the short term, not trying to build for the long term.
