Pros
The people. ODGS was a fun environment to work in and the pay and benefits were good for the hi-tech industry.
Cons
It's too late to look at the cons. Ultimately, HQ in Venlo decided our company would close down end of 2018 and our R&D and production would be moved to Europe. This came as a huge surprise.
