The new hire onboarding experience has been both informative and welcoming, with each session thoughtfully designed and facilitated by a supportive team. I especially appreciated how the onboarding schedule was intentionally paced, allowing new employees to absorb information without feeling overwhelmed during their first few weeks. Clueless on how to run a business, been in business for 13 years and still acts like day one. Processes are slow and painful, to many essential decision makers in to many time zones. Not serious about building a sales practice.
