1. Better pay than other companies for freshers. 2. Good hike. 3. Good work. 4. Good working environment.
Cons
Nothing as much. 1. In terms of work : whatever work is there that is good,exposure and responsibilities are also there but in terms of technology after a certain time there is not much to learn because it is a product based company after all. But yes extra benefits are not that much compared to other companies.
