Controller manages our financial statements and is always helpful and willing to explain anything you need assistance with so you're able to handle tasks yourself. Is also understanding that life does happen so will work with you. Team is awesome and responsive

There are no pros for working with this company!!!

I had the most horrible experience ever working for them. There is no teamwork. The maintenance department and the office staff is a joke and inexperienced. The company fails to properly train new employees. There is absolutely no room for growth beyond a Property Manager for black ppl in upper management. A Very hostile work environment!!! Work areas are infested with pests and rodents. They buy the worst properties in the poorest neighborhoods then totally abandon the properties. Upper management has no real experience working with their target audience which is the indigent population. Your input is never valuable upon or beyond their prized racist stealing Project Manager…Your job is to assume the job responsibilities of other higher paid individuals(upper management) with little to no pay raise, while trying to perform your own job duties!!! Upper management is the most unloyal, unprofessional and most arrogant at best. Unusual and unrealistic goal settings. Never pay their bills. Never has money in the budget for new improvements.Couldn’t keep a contractor if the bill paid itself!!! This company lacks the Integrity that it quote on quote stands for. Lacks compassion for their staff and residents. If you absolutely need a job, work here but be planning your exit. Please have everything they promise in writing. Please steer far away from this company!!!
