Pros
Odyssey provides each employee the opportunity to really grow in their role, learn while executing in daily tasks, implement new ideas, work collaboratively with other departments, and think big picture. No matter your previous professional experience and background, the structure really pushes you to learn new skills that are truly valuable to any area of business, including projects that relate directly to ROI, most effective use of time, strategic thinking, and more. If there is a technical issue, the team works around the clock to address and correct the situation immediately so that everything runs smoothly. Everyone is focused on the end user and creating a meaningful platform for the audience, which is why it remains a top priority for everyone to work in a unified effort to make Odyssey the best it can be. Everyone is incredibly positive and supportive of one another, and always cheering you on for successes or there to help offer a solution should one be needed. It's really encouraging to know people want one another, and the company, to do well and grow.
Cons
Odyssey is scaling incredibly fast, so you are challenged to successfully execute daily roles and responsibilities while also working parallel to create necessary deliverables and/or address unexpected scenarios. This is not a con, but rather a good challenge that ultimately benefits you as a professional.
