Pros
The training and experience I had while working for OLM was a great experience that has done wonders for my professional development. Working in sales as a student was tough but I learned so much from my managers and others in the company. Everyone in the company truly cares about helping you succeed, and if you follow their advice and instruction you will find success.
Cons
It is tough as a college student to devote some part of your day to go around prospecting or attending meetings, especially when you hit a cold streak. Can be very hard at times to develop new prospecting strategies, however your manager is always there to help.
