I loved my experience at Odyssey, the people were great, and management really cared about their people.

I do not have really anything negative to say about Odyssey.

- You won't be siloed into one role - Management is very accessible - Benefits: pretty decent health insurance options - Job stability: layoffs basically nonexistent - Good projects: no micromanagement, intellectually stimulating work, etc.

- Flat organizational structure: limited opportunities for promotion or raises - Benefits: low pay and low PTO - Most of the technology is not modern - Job stability: some colleagues are not motivated to learn new skills - Bad projects: ridiculous timelines, unreasonable requests, etc.
