Pros

OD has a very supportive, open minded working culture. At least for me there is not one person I don´t like working with. People like coming to work here every day and I have never seen such a company culture before! There are multiple very divers projects varying in technologies, team size and background. From B2B platforms, digital transformation to E-Commerce. The Management is very supportive. Helping people and the company to learn and grow is their main focus. All in all OD is a very safe space. Everyone can voice there opinion on everything and mistakes are communicated openly, so everyone can learn from them.

Cons

Sometime we lack a little bit of focus with so many projects at the same time. We also have a hard time explaining who we are and what we do.
