The company in recent years has transitioned from a company that was a strong pillar in the industry built on substance to one that celebrates a boys club culture. Flash and superficial behavior is on display. Your cloths, cars, watches, sneakers, peloton, and party stories are of the upmost importance. Egos are out of control. Many are assimilating to gain favor with top leadership. Very clicky place. Very immature leadership despite egos thinking otherwise. To add, it’s a very old school and slowly dying industry due to regulations. People trying to hold on to the business as long as they can. Swiss parent company micromanages from Europe. Overall a place where bad people win and are celebrated.
