Pros
Most important is the still somewhat mission-driven business, there is an opportunity to work on important world problems Also, there are still pockets with very nice, clever, and inspired colleagues across the world
Cons
The problems are mostly related to out of touch senior management that has a history of poor decision making, lots of useless change, and a preference for highly paid executives over people on the ground who can build and manage processes. The company used to employ passionate and brilliant people who have been pushed out over the years. Crazy churn in management and senior management roles. Couldn't disapprove more of CEO.
