Pros

The team, along with the people, is great, and communication is easy as long as you can pitch your ideas and reasoning. Not much handholding as bosses generally leave you alone to do your work as they trust you (and you do your job well).

Cons

The management is pretty selfish; at the end of the day, they will save themselves. A lot of pivoting in directions and trying out new things without waiting for the results from the original plan/strategy. At the end of the day, you're just disposable, but they do try to do it respectfully by ensuring you get all your dues. It is a very one-race-dominated company, too (you can guess).
