Better then their competitors. I have worked for a few of their competitors (because this industry is small) and OP has processes, procedures and structure. I consider them a flagship. I was disheartened reading the reviews because I believe the negative comments came from people that were not at OP long and were disgruntled, I would take what they said with a grain of salt because the problem could have been them. Every company has issues but as far as businesses goes this one is run better then most. Yes you have lay offs, so does everyone else. Yes, you have pay cuts, so does everyone else. Why is this so shocking in the current environment. Choices have to be made and a good company makes those.

There are some issues but again every company has issues. If you come in and do a good job, be on time, work hard, there are no issues. I feel like some of the complaints about not being able to be late are nuts, you SHOULD get to work on time.
